Even if the sentence imposed by the court below is somewhat minor compared to the nature of the offense of the defendant, considering all the circumstances presented in the reasons for sentencing and all other conditions of sentencing as shown in the record, the sentence imposed by the court below against the defendant is determined within the scope of the court’s sentencing discretion, and it cannot be deemed unfair because it is too unrecied so far as it can not escape from reversal.

The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.
