However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, while having been married in around 2004 to the victim B (n, 45 years of age) and around 2009, has maintained de facto marriage relations by November 201, 2018. On the other hand, the Defendant was living together intermittently from May 2019 to May 2019 when the Defendant was living together with the Defendant on his bridge due to an accident that occurred around November 2018.
