As to the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a Grade II member of the Korea Agency. From May 2009 to May 2012, the Defendant is a member of the E Team and team under the headquarters management support office of the Korea Agency. The head of the F Team from June 2012 to January 7, 2014, who is in charge of the management and lease of the Gu office building of the Korea Agency in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the duties related to the construction of the office building of the Korea Agency of the Korea Agency.
2. Property in breach of trust related to the lease of a Gu office building;
A. On May 16, 2010, the Defendant received 300,000 won in total under the same name as 5,50,000 won, from around that time to August 3, 2010, as shown in the attached Table Nos. 1 to 3, 2010, in the Gu office building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, which was owned by the Korea Agency, from the lessee J, who operated the first floor H restaurant and the second floor Ip, for convenience in concluding the lease agreement and extending the existing lease agreement.
B. On November 8, 2010, the Defendant received KRW 1,000,000 in the name of convenience in relation to the conclusion of the lease agreement and the extension of the existing lease agreement from the lessee M who operated the first floor K and L, and received KRW 24,00,000 in total from around that time to December 20, 2010 as shown in [Attachment Table No. 5-8] of the crime sight table from around December 20, 201.
C. On January 13, 201, the Defendant received KRW 1,400,000 in the name of convenience in relation to the conclusion of the lease agreement and the extension of the existing lease agreement from N, a lessee operating the first floor K and L, following the above M, and received KRW 3,20,000 in total from around that time to December 7, 201, as shown in the attached Table No. 9 through No. 12 of the List of Crimes from around December 7, 201.
On June 7, 2010, the Defendant concluded a lease contract with the lessee who operated the 2nd and the 3rd O Music Institute in the building of the Gu office building of the above DDD.
