However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On September 25, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 70,000,000 by the Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), the violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving without a license), and the violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act (drawing driving). On January 29, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the same court and is a holder of Crocketing car.

On May 30, 2017, the Defendant driven an automobile without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.271% from blood transfusion around 12:01, the Defendant driven the said straw-free car not covered by mandatory insurance from the front side of the 1km Center located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the front road of Gwangju Island.

On May 30, 201, the Defendant: (a) while driving a rocketing car on the front side of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, the Defendant denied the official document by presenting the first class ordinary driver’s license issued by G to the National Police Agency, which was held in advance, as the Defendant’s driver’s license.
