However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

(Criminal) On October 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment and 490 million won by the Seoul High Court for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bribery), and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 23, 2012. On February 21, 2013, the Suwon District Court sentenced 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment as embezzlement and became final and conclusive on October 11, 2013.

(Criminal) The Defendant, for the purpose of using the name of pro-Japanese (28 years old), voluntarily used the name of pro-Japanese C (28 years old) as an in-house director, to establish so-called so-called Facecom Co., Ltd.

The amount of attention stated in the column of “gold KRW 10,00,” “I will accept the above shares as a promoter,” “I will accept the above shares as a financial institution column in which I will pay shares,” and under which “I will accept the above shares as a promoter,” respectively, and affix C’s seal impression on the right side, and continues to place C’s seal impression on other blanks, and under which I will appoint “A letter of acceptance,” and under which I will appoint the same as a director or auditor at the General Meeting of Promoters on July 17, 2009.
