1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 34,517,669 and KRW 30,204,229 among them, per annum from March 14, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
According to the statement in Gap 1 and 4, the plaintiff extended a loan of KRW 30 million to the defendant on April 11, 2013, and as of February 14, 2017, the above loan as of February 14, 2017 is a total of KRW 30,204,229, KRW 4,313,440 (interest rate of delay 16.1% per annum) and KRW 34,517,69 still remains.
Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the balance of the loan 34,517,669 won and delay damages for the loan principal 30,204,229 won. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
