1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 25,600,000 won and the Defendants B from December 21, 2007 to November 26, 2015.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on November 8, 1998, lent to the Defendants the sum of KRW 3 million, KRW 3 million on November 9, 1998, KRW 3 million on November 9, 1998, and KRW 80 million on November 6, 1998.
Until December 20, 2007, the Defendants paid 54,440,000 won in full.
Therefore, the remainder 20,560,000 won and damages for delay are claimed.
