1. The defendant is 20,313,723 won to the plaintiff and 17% per annum from October 25, 2003 to August 23, 2006.

Reasons

1. On September 14, 2006, the Plaintiff indicated the claim was rendered a favorable judgment against the Defendant in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch 2006Kadan3959, which became final and conclusive upon winning the case, but the Plaintiff re-join the lawsuit to suspend extinctive prescription on the claim for principal and interest of the judgment by service (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
