The purport of the claim and the appeal.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant is a person who operated the “D” (hereinafter “instant medical care center”) which is a senior citizens’ medical care facility located in the Dong-gu, Yongsan-gu, Mangsan-si.

B. From April 6, 2014 to June 30, 2017, the Plaintiff served as a medical care care care worker at the instant hospital from April 6, 2014 to June 30, 2017, and was working for 24 hours a day as a two-day holiday.

The main contents of the labor contract prepared by the Plaintiff with the Defendant around April 10, 2014 are as follows.

1. Period of the employment contract: Work hours on April 12, 2014 to April 4, 2015: The number of working hours and working hours on April 11, 2015: 2) Work hours and working hours in other combined forms of employment - Week: 09:0 to 22:00 (one hour during a recess: one hour during a resting period: 22:00 to 06:00 on the following day (24:0 to 06:00 on the following day): 06:0 to 09:00 on the following day (hour 08:30 to 09:00)

D. The main contents of the labor contract that the Plaintiff prepared with the Defendant around May 31, 2016 are as follows (hereinafter “the instant labor contract”). The term of the labor contract on June 1, 2016 to May 4, 2017: Work hours from June 1 to May 31, 2017: Work hours in other combined forms of labor (shot-hour work system) and work hours - Work hours - Work hours from 09:00 to 00 - Work hours: 12:30 to 13:00, 17:30 to 18:30 to 18:30,000 to 00: 00 to 06:0 to 06:06:0 on the following day.
