If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

1. On August 8, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of around 23:35, the Defendant driven BM5 car at the distance of about 30 meters from the Moel parking lot located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si to the road next to the same Moel while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.129%.

2. He/she shall be prohibited from operating any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not purchase mandatory insurance and operated the said car like the preceding paragraph at the same time and place as that of the preceding paragraph.
