1. On December 11, 2012, Defendant A acquired 70,000 won, after being aware of the fact that the victim’s G ownership price was 750,000 won or more of the victim’s smartphones was stolen, from the front line of the film center in Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant purchased 70,000 won or more of the victim’s G ownership price.

2. Defendant B served as an employee of the IB club in Seo-gu, Gwangju.
