A. The Plaintiff entered into an employment contract with the Defendant and retired from office as an employee of the medicine department from April 1, 1991 to December 31, 2014.

B. The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 97,767,550, including the following wages:

- Wages: 4,769,630 won for December 2014 - Bonuses: 3,216,040 won for vehicles: 80,000 won for annual leave allowances - Retirement allowances: 712,020 won - Retirement allowances: 88,269,860 won for retirement allowances;

C. The Defendant repaid the Plaintiff as follows, and the Plaintiff first appropriated the principal.

If so, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the amount of principal of KRW 46,572,888 (i.e., the amount of KRW 36,396,360 with interest of KRW 10,176,528) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from August 14, 2015 to the date of full payment. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim of this case is accepted.
