1. Around June 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on: (a) around 05:19, around 187:5:19, the Defendant driven a rocketing car at approximately 10km without obtaining a driver’s license from the 187-7 front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government New-ro, to the front and front roads.

2. The Defendant violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On June 24, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 05:19, and driven the two lanes in front of the D Jong-type and the front two lanes in light of the luminous shooting distance, one lane from the south south of the luminous shooting distance, at a speed of about 92 km.

At the time, the speed was 60 km a speed, and there is a point where the limit is 60 km a speed. In such a case, despite the duty of care to ensure safe operation by complying with the speed limit and accurately manipulating the steering and brakes, the Defendant neglected to do so while neglecting the duty of care to ensure safe operation of the steering and brakes, the Defendant shocked the central separation stand on the left-hand side of the running direction by negligence exceeding 32 km a speed without a driver’s license, into the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, injury to the victim F (F) who was accompanied by the Defendant’s vehicle with approximately four weeks of disease, such as the frame of the franchisium in need of approximately four weeks of treatment, and injury to the same victim G (V, 29 years of age, franchis, and franchis) in need of approximately four weeks of treatment.
