A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Metepha (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. The Defendant reported the advertisement of selling phiphones via the Internet, and contacted with E who sells phiphones in connection with the domestic sales books in the Philippines while residing in the Philippines as “D”, which is a SNS case by using the mobile phone, to purchase phiphones.
On February 28, 2017, around 20:04, the bank transferred KRW 500,000 to the account used by E (new bank, F) at the location of the original bank located in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si. Around that time, the bank purchased approximately 0.5g of philophonephone, which was packed as plastic paper and attached to the tape, by means of sending 50,000 won to the account used by E (the new bank, F) at the location of the original bank located in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
B. The defendant, like the above paragraph (a), would purchase a philopon to E as "D."
On March 5, 2017, around 03:36, at H’s convenience store located in G, transferred KRW 100,000 to the said new bank account, and around that time, E purchased 1g of the penphonephonephone, which was packed in plastic paper and attached as tape, by mail in a non-registered house in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, where E notified.
2. Import of philophones.
A. As referred to in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) concluded that the Defendant would be able to easily administer opphones when purchasing opphones from E; and (b) decided to sell opphones in the Republic of Korea upon receiving opphones from E from E in the Philippines; (c) left the Republic of Korea on March 18, 2017 with E in a place in the territory of the Philippines, where the Republic of Korea from E to E and then sold opphones from E in the Republic of the Philippines; and (d) used opphones in the Republic of Korea from E in the territory of the Philippines; and (e) used opphones.
