The defendant shall pay 100,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 2, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
1. On November 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 100 million from the Plaintiff; and (b) did not pay the amount of KRW 100 million to the Plaintiff even if the Plaintiff prepared a loan certificate with respect to KRW 100 million; and (c) thus, (d) sought payment of KRW 100 million and damages
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;

Although the Plaintiff seeking payment of interest from November 11, 2013, which was the date when the loan certificate was drawn up, there is no evidence to acknowledge that there was an agreement on interest and maturity, the Plaintiff’s claim amount is 2020,000 the following day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case.
7.2.To recognize damages for delay from the date of commencement.
