1. Defendant C shall deliver to Defendant D the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

4. The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum with respect to the lease deposit seeking the return to Defendant D Co., Ltd. However, according to the proviso of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, in cases where a lawsuit seeking future performance is filed, the statutory interest rate stipulated in the said Act does not apply.
