On June 16, 2015, at the coffee shop located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) the victim E’s “former F Iram” from the victim E (former denial of the damaged person); (b) the reason why the Defendant divorced from the victim; and (c) at the time of operation of separate points in the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. (former FF) by the time of operating the separate points in the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. (former FF).

After hearing “F” et al., it was widely known that “F” companies were highly likely to misappropriate F’s skins without permission. On June 2015, 2015, G C C, the former husband of G C, the State of Frol point in the CCTV news team, testified that G C’s business secret (e.g., le., le., le., le., le., le., e., h. h. h. to F h.’s head office h.

2. The public prosecutor instituted the instant public prosecution with the purport that the Defendant distributed news materials to the CCTV news team as stated in the facts charged and posted the relevant articles.

The defendant stated to the effect that he had the defendant posted the same article as the above facts charged in the investigation agency, and in this court, the chairperson L of K K, Inc. working for the defendant at the time, reported the CCTV news team of the contents of conversation with the victim through the company publicity office, and the defendant did not participate in it.

The primary issue of the instant case can be seen as the subject of the instant crime.
