1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 143,609,054 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 10, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act (No pleadings) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed the Plaintiff, and “debtor” shall be deemed the Defendant.
