Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance except where "24 years" in Article 2-b (5) of the judgment of the first instance is "34 years", and therefore, it is also accepted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the decision of the first instance court is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
