1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 66,63,324 out of KRW 68,275,818 and the amount paid to the Plaintiff from September 19, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on September 26, 2013, loaned KRW 97,197,720 to the Defendant 24% per annum for interest and 36 months on equal terms for repayment of principal and interest for the repayment period. The Defendant agreed to the 0th amount as of July 1, 2015 to the 36-month rate for loss of interest due to delay in repayment of principal and interest from July 1, 2015, thereby losing the due date’s interest. The outstanding amount as of September 18, 2015 - the principal amount 66,63,324, interest and overdue interest, KRW 1,612,494.
