1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 24,000,000 with respect thereto to the Plaintiff and the period from September 25, 2016 to September 7, 2017.

Reasons

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the entries in Gap evidence 1 to 12 and the entire purport of the pleadings:

On January 10, 2014, the Plaintiff, as a broker of Defendant B, a licensed real estate agent, leased the said lease deposit to the lessor by setting the lease deposit of KRW 120,000,000, the lease deposit period from February 25, 2014 to February 24, 2016 without a rent of KRW 201,00,00 in multi-family house located D (hereinafter “the instant multi-family house”) at the time of the grace period owned by C from the broker of Defendant B, a licensed real estate agent (hereinafter “the instant lease”), and thereafter, paid the said lease deposit to the lessor.

B. In mediating the lease of this case, Defendant B explained to the Plaintiff that the value of the instant multi-family house and its site is equivalent to one billion won, and as to the right to collateral security of KRW 390,000,000,000, which is indicated in the register of the said multi-family house (right to collateral security (right to collateral security) and the right to lease on a deposit basis (right to lease on a deposit basis, Co.,, Ltd.) and the right to lease on a deposit basis (right to lease on a deposit basis, Co., Ltd.), Defendant B did not explain about the lease existing in the said multi-family house.

C. At the time of the instant lease, the lease price of KRW 101, 46,00,00 in the instant multi-family house was determined to be cancelled on January 16, 201, and the lease price of KRW 100,000,00 in the instant multi-family house was each of the lease price of KRW 301, the lessee, 95,000,000 in the lease price of KRW 301, G, 95,00,000 in the lease price of KRW 401, the lessee, 90,000 in the lease price of KRW 401, the lease price of KRW 120,000 in the lease price of KRW 40,00 in the instant multi-family house.

Therefore, the multi-family house of this case around the time of the lease of this case shall be KRW 261,00,000 (=46,000,000 won) in total, 95,000,000 won, 120,000 won, excluding the Plaintiff’s lease deposit, and KRW 390,000,000,000.
