2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

According to the Plaintiff’s final judgment on G 1 and 2, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against G 1 (hereinafter “G 1”) and H 2, Seoul Eastern District Court 2013 10276, and on November 5, 2013, “G 1 and H” concluded an investment agreement with the Plaintiff to make an investment of KRW 300 million in the construction project in Guri-si 1, which is promoted by G 2, 300,000,000,000,000 won to the Defendant for KRW 1 and KRW 2,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 KRW 1 and KRW 2,50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 KRW 1 and KRW 2,501,00,00,000,00,00.
