Purport of application

With respect to the cases of confirmation of invalidation, etc. under the 2020-Gu 4215 National Holidays Act, this Court shall have a litigation structure concerning all the litigation costs, such as stamp fees and attorney fees.

Reasons

Since the supporting materials submitted by the applicant alone cannot recognize the ground for the legal aid, the application in this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit.
