However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

9. On December 27, 2012, a person who driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on two occasions and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for eight months in prison due to a violation of Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court.

On April 2, 2018, at around 00:04, the Defendant driven B K7 car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.204% alcohol concentration in blood from the section of approximately 1km to the front road of the Dong-gu Police Station in the Dong-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon.
