2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On September 8, 1986, with respect to each of the instant parcels of land on September 8, 1986, "registration shares" in attached Table 3 on the grounds of the property inheritance on October 2, 1966 was registered for the pertinent shares in the "registration titleholder" in the same Table.

B. P, Q and net R (R is indicated as “S” in the real estate register, but when considering the resident registration number and Chinese characters, hereinafter “R”)’s heir, the Changwon District Court filed a lawsuit against T, U, G, I, H, V, J, K, K, L, M, M, and N for the claim for the registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “the first lawsuit”). At that time, the above clan, the actual owner of each land of this case, held title trust with W. The reason for the claim was that the above clan, the heir of W, who completed the registration of inheritance on each land of this case, will terminate the title trust by delivering a copy of the complaint of the above lawsuit to the above Defendants, and seek the implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer.

In the above lawsuit, the above court ruled in favor of the plaintiff that "the defendants shall implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer based on the termination of each title trust with respect to each share of the defendants listed in the separate sheet (applicable to the separate sheet No. 5208 Ghana50625 of this case) among each land of this case." The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

C. On July 7, 2010, the Plaintiff and X filed a claim for ownership transfer registration with the Changwon District Court 2010dan31351 (hereinafter “instant lawsuit”) against the relevant persons indicated in the “final judgment” in the separate sheet of shares on July 7, 2010, and on February 18, 2011, the Defendant filed a claim with the said court for ownership transfer registration from the said court. The Defendant on February 18, 2011 stated in the separate sheet of shares in the inheritance among each land of this case on each of the following shares in the separate sheet of shares in the instant case on January 19, 208.
