A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
8,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime
(2017 order 2732) The Defendant’s “ February 7, 2014.” written indictment on May 22, 2013 is apparent that it is a clerical error in the indictment, and thus, ex officio correction is made.”
In the Incheon District Court, one year and two months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act was sentenced, and the enforcement of the sentence was terminated on April 4, 2014 by the Incheon Detention Center.
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On October 25, 2016, at around 22:19, the Defendant deposited KRW 3,40,000 into the D Association account in the name of C, which is a local mental medicine, in the name of Mampa (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”). On October 26, 2016, the Defendant purchased a philophone by means of receiving approximately KRW 20 g of the philophone (one philophone) from B, which is a local mental medicine, from around October 25, 2016.
2. On November 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased 2,50,000 won from a closed-end office with a trade name, such as the first patrolman, to B as the cost of writing; and (b) purchased phiphones by paying the said phiphones and receiving approximately 20 g of phiphones from B from G.
3. On November 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately KRW 2,00,000 from a closed-end office with the trade name, such as the foregoing paragraph (1) to B as the price for writing-on; (b) additionally deposited KRW 500,000 in the D Association account in the name, such as the foregoing paragraph (1) on November 18, 2016; and (c) on November 19, 2016, the Defendant purchased a penphone by receiving approximately 20,000,000 won from B by delivery of approximately 20,000,000,000 from G.
