When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. Violation of the Building Act;

(a) Any person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;

Nevertheless, the Defendant worked as the representative of D and commenced December 12, 2012 in the name of the said company, and without obtaining permission for the use on August 29, 2013, the 4th floor area of E-gu, Dong-nam-gu, dong-gu, Seoul, the use of which was approved on August 29, 2013. From the end of September 2013 to the end of October 10 of the same year, the 2nd floor area of 13.51 square meters between the police officer from the end of the same year was 4 households, the 3rd floor of the same area was 4 households, the 4th floor area was 4 households, and the 4th floor area of 12th square meters in size was 4 households, and the 6th multi-family house was 12 households in total.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report, from the end of September 2013 to the end of October of the same year, extended the total floor area of 24.56 square meters from the 4th floor of the multi-family house described in the above paragraph (a) to the police officer from the end of the same year.

Despite the fact that the Defendant violated the Parking Lot Act should install one parking lot per household with respect to multi-family houses listed in the above paragraph (1) at the time and place specified in each of the above paragraph (1), the Defendant did not establish one six-six-year annexed parking lots for six households added by substantial repair in the above manner.
