1. Of the instant lawsuit, attached Table 1(1) of the Defendant’s notification of business non-payment to the Plaintiffs on April 18, 2016.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiffs are companies running regular taxi transport business. The Plaintiffs are reported to change their passenger transport business plans.
Plaintiff
The ero-si limited partnership company (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff ero-si”) (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff ero-si”) had each place of business in 33-2 U.S., Han-si, and the limited partnership company for Plaintiff ero-si (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff ero-Japan passenger”) had each place of business in 30 U.S.A., U.S., and changed all or part of the principal office and incidental facilities to the passenger transport business from August 12, 201 for Plaintiff ero-si, and the passenger of Plaintiff ero-si to the City Mayor on October 7, 2011, respectively pursuant to the proviso to Article 10(1) of the former Passenger Transport Service Act (amended by Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; hereinafter referred to as “former Passenger Transport Service Act”) and Article 33 of the Enforcement Rule of the Passenger Transport Service Act (hereinafter referred to as “Enforcement Rule of the Passenger Transport Service Act”).
On August 29, 2011, and October 14, 2011, the Gongju-si notified that each of the above reports was accepted on August 29, 201.
B. As the Plaintiffs’ Articles 5 through 7 of the Special Act on the Establishment, etc. of Sejong Special Self-Governing City (amended by Act No. 10419, Dec. 27, 2010; hereinafter “ Sejong City Act”) to be incorporated into Sejong Special Self-Governing City in the project area came into force on July 1, 2012, the former Chungcheongnam-do Council member of Chungcheongnam-do, the former Chungcheongnam-do Council member of Chungcheongnam-do, the former Chungcheongnam-do Council member of Chungcheongnam-do, the former Chungcheongnam-do Council member of Chungcheongbuk-do, the former member of the Pungnam-do Council of Chungcheongbuk-do, the former member of the Pungbuk-do Council of Dasan-do, the former member of the Pungnam-do Council of Dasan-si, the former member of the Pungnam-do Council of Dasan-si, the member of the Sejong Special Self-Governing City, the former member of the Sejong Special Self-Governing City of Do, the member of the Sejong-si Council of Do, the Do Council of Do.”).
