1. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, and Defendant C, D, and E respectively, KRW 8,000,00 for each of them, and Defendant F, KRW 3,954,00 for each of them and each of them.

On May 21, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Seoul Northern District Court for the issuance of a claim for the seizure and collection order under the Seoul Northern District Court 2014TTT No. 9854 regarding management expenses (as to Defendant B, KRW 3,400,00, KRW 8,000 for Defendant C, D, and E, and KRW 3,954,005 for Defendant F) against the Defendants of the management body, what constitutes the underlying facts. The court rendered a decision for the seizure and collection order (hereinafter “instant claim seizure and collection order”) on May 21, 2014, and the above written decision was served on the Defendants on May 26, 2014.
The amount of management expenses claim against the Defendants by the management body, what is nautical miles, is the same as that set forth in the collection order and seizure of the instant claim.

According to the reasoning of the judgment on the cause of the claim, barring any special circumstance, Defendant B is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the collection amount of KRW 3,400,00, KRW 8,000, KRW 00, KRW 8,000, KRW 3954,00, and KRW 3,954,005, and KRW 15% per annum from August 6, 2015 to September 30, 2015, as requested by the Plaintiff, as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., the date following the last copy of the complaint of this case, which is the day following the date of service of the last copy of the complaint of this case, and the damages for delay calculated by 20% per annum from the following day to the
