1. The applicant's request is dismissed.

Purport of application

On December 15, 2016, the respondent's revocation of the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprise proprietors and six months (from December 8, 2016 to June 7, 2017) against applicants shall suspend the execution until the Seoul High Court 2018Nu33540 case becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

The materials submitted by the applicant alone are likely to cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant due to the disposition stated in the purport of the application, or there is no urgent need to suspend the validity of the disposition in order to prevent such damage. Therefore, the applicant’s application is dismissed as it is without merit.
