The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On September 30, 2019, the Defendant, within the gas station located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 17:47, 2019, carried oil into the vehicle, and then assaulted the victim with fat once with a cell phone fat, which was used by the victim D (ma, 56 years of age) who is an employee of the oil station in the process of confirming whether he left oil or left oil, on the ground that he did not go up with the oil in the vehicle.
