1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 20, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on October 10, 2014, lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant respectively, and KRW 30 million on November 2, 2015. The Plaintiff sought payment of damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment with respect to the said amount.
