The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is as follows: (a) around 17:00 on May 29, 2013, the Defendant: (b) 17:00, on the street in the front of the Dmaart located in Gwangju Northern-gu, the victim E (manam and 64 years old); and (c) flobbling the victim in several times; and (d) the victim withdrawn his wish to punish the Defendant, the instant prosecution in accordance with Article 327 Subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act is dismissed.
