Punishment of the crime
On April 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment or 3 years of suspended execution due to a violation of road traffic law in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on April 12, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 20, 2017 and is currently under suspended execution.
On May 5, 2018, around 09:15, the Defendant driven a freight vehicle D with D, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 60 km to around 60 km in the area of waste treatment facilities located in Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
