A is the representative director of Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Co., Ltd”).
1. A person who intends to conduct a business using Defendant A hazardous chemicals shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment;
In purchasing “D” products for the purpose of washing the main package, the Defendant’s aforementioned “D” products are products with content of methylic ethyl tons (Methyl site, CAS number: 78-93-3) and they correspond to chemicals requiring preparation for accidents while they are toxic substances. Therefore, prior to using them, the Defendant’s products are products with content of 100%.
However, on April 6, 2018, the Defendant purchased 140 km products from E Co., Ltd. from E Co., Ltd. without obtaining permission for the hazardous chemical use business, and used them for washing.
In addition, the Defendant purchased a total of 560 km of “D” products, which are hazardous chemicals, in the same manner three times in total, without obtaining permission for the business of using hazardous chemicals from that time until July 25, 2018, and used them for washing.
2.
