The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On January 19, 2019, at around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by threatening the part of the elderly and the elderly seat, etc. in the subway train of Incheon, Incheon, on the ground that the victim B (55 years old) was seated in the old and the elderly seat; (b) assaulting the victim by cutting down the flaps, etc. of the victim by hand.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. On June 19, 2019, after the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish.
