A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
B. The Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on December 6, 2013, and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for habitual larceny, etc. on November 30, 2016. On March 16, 2018, the Incheon District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on May 5, 2019.

1. From January 5, 2020 to 19:19 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a singing practice room by using the key to the singing practice room, which was hidden at the entrance of the first floor, at around 19:19,00 won, from around 19:19, the Defendant received plastic cash storage amounting to KRW 32,00,00,000, in total, KRW 322,00,000,000, including the sum of KRW 50,000,000,000 from January 3, 2020 to September 19, 200, the Defendant abused the Defendant’s total amount of the KRW 50,000,00,000 from January 3, 200 to around 19, 200, as indicated in the attached Form (D).
2. At around 02:30 on January 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim E’s 100,000 won of the market price owned by the victim E, which was installed there; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s bicycle.
Therefore, even though the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, he/she again committed night structure intrusion theft and larceny during the period of repeated crime.
In order to raise living expenses, etc., the Defendant: (a) was coloring a vehicle not corrected; (b) discovered a victim G H H column which was parked in the front parking lot of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on January 15, 2020; and (c) opened a non- corrected driver’s seat and entered a door in the vehicle.
