1. The Defendant’s KRW 23,500,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 22, 2005 to June 12, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

During the period between the defendant and the defendant on April 7, 2004, the plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the term of 48 million won as to 201, the lease deposit and 2 years as to 201, the lease deposit. The plaintiff returned the above lease object to the defendant on May 25, 2005 upon the termination of the above lease agreement. The defendant returned the remaining amount of 28 million won to the plaintiff on the same day from June 1, 2005 to July 31, 2005. However, the defendant returned the lease deposit to the defendant on the same day, and the remaining amount of 28 million won from June 1, 2005 to July 31, 2005. Accordingly, the plaintiff returned the lease deposit to the defendant and the remaining amount of 23.5 million won from the above 28 million won to the remainder of the lease deposit and returned the compensation for delay (Article 235 million won).
