Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, among the causes of the same claim, the "creditor" is changed to "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" is changed to "Defendant", respectively. The claim against the debtor 3 C has become final and conclusive by the payment order decision on February 2, 200 (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
