The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
The summary of the facts charged was around 13:47 on April 3, 2020, on the ground that the Defendant, who carried the Defendant without calculating tobacco at the convenience store located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Namdong-gu B, was the victim D (Taking 65 years of age) and assaulted three times of tobacco locks to the victim.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On June 12, 2020, the victim submitted a written application not to punish him/her.
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
