1. Defendant B and Defendant C shall set forth in the attached Table Nos.
1. As to shares of 1/2 of real estate:
A. Nonparty D on August 19, 2019.
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff and D are married couple who completed the marriage report on May 16, 1966, and the defendant B is the plaintiff and D's children.
B. On August 19, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a donation agreement with the Defendants on the land specified in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 owned by him/her, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the Defendants on August 20, 2019 as the receipt of Jinwon District Court Jinju Branch Decision 39279 on August 20, 2019.

In addition, the Plaintiff entered into a donation agreement with E, F, and G on September 24, 2019 with respect to the land listed in [Attachment List Nos. 2 through 4] owned by it, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each 1/3 share on September 25, 2019 as the receipt No. 4508 on September 25, 2019.
(2) On May 22, 2020, a judicial compromise was concluded between the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, and the said E, F, and G on May 22, 202 with respect to each of the above real estates, with the main contents of the registration of ownership transfer to the Plaintiff.
Meanwhile, the Plaintiff and D filed a lawsuit against D on September 24, 2019, including divorce with the Changwon District Court on September 24, 2019, while having experienced difficulties in married life. On January 30, 2020, conciliation of the instant case was conducted with the following content:

B. When the restoration to the original state due to the revocation of a fraudulent act with respect to each real estate listed in separate sheet Nos. 4 through 7, the procedures for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the above real estate shall be implemented.
3. The plaintiff's remaining claims shall be waived.
