Defendant,
1. On October 27, 2013, around 16:00, at C cafeteria-si B, an act of dancing;
2. On July 23, 2014, around 13:42, 201, the Agricultural Technology Center located in Jin-si, Changwon-si, who had a disturbance of drinking around the Agricultural Technology Center.

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to inquiries about each notification;

Relevant provisions of the Punishment Act concerning the facts constituting the crime, Article 3(1)39 (a) of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (a violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act), Article 3(1)20 (a) of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (a violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act), and the choice of each fine;
1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;
1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
