The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below was just in finding not guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there was no proof of crime, and there was no violation of the principle of court-oriented trial and the principle of direct examination, or violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or violation of the legal principles on fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
