1. The Defendant: KRW 53,766,240 to Plaintiff A; KRW 44,38,90 to Plaintiff B; KRW 30,040,290 to Plaintiff C; and KRW 49,82 to Plaintiff D.

Reasons

1. Basic facts (applicable for recognition: The fact that there is no dispute, Gap evidence 1 through 6, and 11 through 14 (including each branch number; hereinafter the same shall apply);

(ii) subparagraph (ii). Each entry of subparagraph (ii) and the purport of the entire pleading

A. The Plaintiffs worked as a management officer to guide and supervise street cleaners at the Hancheon Health and Sanitation Corporation, limited liability company, Hancheon Environmental Corporation, limited liability company, and Jinnam Health and Sanitation Corporation, which was a cleaning agent at the time of leisure time. On January 1, 2013, the Plaintiffs entered into a labor contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant labor contract”). On January 1, 2013, the Plaintiffs have worked as the management officer at the Defendant company until now (However, Plaintiff H retired on October 31, 2013). The Defendant entered into an agency contract for collection, transportation, and cleaning of daily food waste between the leisure time and the leisure time, and is engaged in cleaning at drinking and drinking times from January 1, 2013.

B. The labor contract of this case, the employment and service management regulations of the defendant, the employment rules of the defendant's street cleaners, and the labor contract of this case

6. Wages;

(a) Wages shall be paid from the first day of each month to the last day of each month in the form of monthly salary, on the 20th day of each month;

(b) The detailed form and method of payment of wages shall be governed by the regulations on employment and service management of street cleaners;

Other matters not provided for in this contract shall be governed by the employment and service management regulations for street cleaners and other construction regulations, and matters not provided for in the employment and service management regulations for street cleaners and other construction regulations shall be governed by the Labor Standards Act.

Article 33 (wages) (1) of the Regulations on the Employment and Service Management of the Defendant's Street Cleaners shall be paid every year in accordance with the Standards for Compilation of Budget for the Deputy Employment of Local Government Street Cleaners.

Matters not specified in Article 53 (Application Mutatis Mutandis) shall be governed by the provisions related to construction works and the Labor Standards Act.

Article 21 (Extended Night and Holiday Work) (2) of the Rules of Employment for the Defendant Street Cleaners.
