On April 24, 2009, the Defendant received a disposition of notice of a penalty of KRW 75,000 as a disturbance of drinking in a bus (B) in front of a bus stop at the two bus stops in front of the sports bus at Changwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on April 24, 2009, but did not pay the penalty.
