1. The defendant shall remove each building listed in the separate sheet Nos. 6, 7, and 8 to the plaintiff, and the same sheet Nos. 1 through 5.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff is the owner of each of the lands listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 to 5. The Plaintiff seeking removal of each of the above buildings and delivery of the above land to the Defendant who owned each of the above buildings and possessed the above land, and sought unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent from the possession of the above land.
