On November 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for larceny at Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 5, 2014.

1. Around May 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained a new card (credit number C) that was stolen by the victim B located far from the new forest station of subway No. 2 located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, Seoul, but did not take necessary measures, such as reporting it to the police or returning it to the victims; and (b) embezzled the victim’s intent to use.

2. Around 21:23, May 23, 2013, the Defendant acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount by means of settling KRW 1,050 of the subway fare by using a new card in the name of B, which was obtained as described in the above paragraph 1. in the Hong line Hong line, which was located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Mapo-gu) in a subway-dong-dong-dong, and by placing it to the Rof Terminal, which was installed at that place, and acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 171,350 in total on 149 occasions from the above date to June 24, 2013, such as the list of crimes (1).

3. A theft: (a) around 05:21 on June 18, 2013, the Defendant stolen the number of beverages worth KRW 102,00,000, totaling 112 times from the above date to June 24, 2013, on the vending machines managed by the victim coconcis distribution (main) of the subway No. 1, the subway No. 1, the subway No. 1, which had been located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for a total of 112 times, as indicated in the List of Crimes (2).

4. The Defendant, at around 11:52 on June 18, 2013, presents the new card obtained in the name B, as described in the above paragraph 1. at the F convenience store operated by the victim E on the second floor in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, as if he were the Defendant’s card, and settle the price of tobacco equivalent to 2,700 won at the market price.
