On October 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., in the Daegu District Court's Ansan-dong branch on October 13, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 24, 2018.

No person shall commit any violence against a person aged 65 years or older, or injure such person.

On July 2, 2020, at around 14:30 on July 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses that the mother would not take food benefits from the Victim C (V, 65 years of age) in front of the Defendant’s residence in the Cheongsong-gun, Cheong-gun; (b) took a bath, such as “clurbing sclurine”, on the floor; and (c) took a part of the victim’s left chest part on two occasions, including the left part and the left part; and (d) took part of the victim’s left part once by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence on the body of the elderly.

2. 2020. 7. 8. 범행 피고인은 2020. 7. 8. 18:20경 위 주거지 큰방에서 누워 있는 피해자에게 “아프지도 않는데 엄살을 부린다, 씨발년아, 나의 빰을 때렸으니까 한 번 맞아봐라” 등의 욕설을 하며 일어나려는 피해자의 왼쪽 어깨 부위를 손으로 1회 밀쳤다.
