1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from October 25, 2006 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant for a loan claim against Suwon District Court Sung-nam Branch of 2006da33400, and on November 21, 2006, the above court rendered a judgment that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 60 million won and 20% interest per annum from October 25, 2006 to the day of complete payment" and the above judgment became final and conclusive.
