When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The defendant was living together at the office of 301 E in Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building, while working as the head of the secretariat in charge of the case of C, which is a meeting to support men who suffered from international marriage through divorce action, etc., and was working as the head of the bureau in charge of D's external cooperation.

The Defendant, while working in the above organization, was in need of extension of the period of stay on a yearly basis when a considerable number of Vietnam women married with Korean men live together on the ground of infertility, etc. In order to extend the period of stay, the Defendant was aware that there should be husband’s consent or divorce lawsuit, and was able to receive money on behalf of Vietnam women who did not know about the law, in order to extend the period of stay.

The Defendant in violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act against the victim G was consulted with the above E office to provide legal counseling services, such as divorce litigation, against the Vietnam marriage immigrants, and to receive related documents on behalf of others, and to receive and divide the fees therefor.

On October 201, the Defendant and E provided legal counseling services to the victim G, a Vietnam evere woman, who had found a place in E's office located in Jongno-gu Seoul F building 301, for the purpose of acquiring 1 million won in a divorce lawsuit and 2 million won in a total of 3 million won in order to obtain her permanent residence, and her legal counsel by explaining the procedures for obtaining her divorce lawsuit and her permanent residence, and necessary documents.

On October 2011, the Defendant again raises a child if he/she won a divorce lawsuit by referring to the victim’s telephone, and he/she receives at his/her expense 1 million won, 2 million won in total, and 3 million won in total within 6-7 months from the face of the week in order to obtain permanent residence based on the divorce lawsuit, and 1 million won in total. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23290, Oct. 10, 201>
